Last week A became 5 month old but the weather was so amazing I didn’t have time to post an update. When the sun shines in Scotland you really need to make the most of it and that will probably be it now till the spring!
So A can now roll easily from her back to her front and back again. If you put her down to play and leave the room she will be an entirely different place by the time you come back, normally with one of her toys in her mouth smiling at her little adventure. She is starting to have a few favourite toys and really seems to like bunnies, that may be because their ears are easy to chew though so we will have to wait and see if they continue to be what she reaches for.
We have now started to dress her in 3-6 months clothes though she is still wearing some of her 0-3 month stuff. As you can see from the photo her 3-6 month stuff is still quite big on her but its not ridiculously big any more. If she follows the growth chart that we have for her there is a good chance that she will not be in the next size of clothes until around her first birthday. At least we are getting lots of wear out of them.
In the last couple of days I think I have felt her first tooth coming through so I’m waiting to see how this pans out. Supposedly some babies are not that bothered by their teeth so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that she will be one of them but we will just need to wait and see.
